Did you seat the springs right? Stock replacement springs or lowering?

they are lowering springs and i am sure i put them in the A arm in the right position (the end of the coil fit in the indent on the A arm) I cant figure it out and it looks pretty awful

Car: too many ...
Usually the abnormally high ride height is caused by springs that are not indexed correctly. The pigtail end of the spring should be facing down, and where it meets with the lower control arm spring pocket, it should be completely covering the hole in the spring pocket (viewable from under the lower control arm). I learned this the hard way installing my weight jacks upside down! doh! Another cause of higher than usual ride height could be fresh springs that need some time to settle, but 5 inches is a little extreme, sounds like an indexing problem. Or another cause could possibly be other suspension components that were tightened with the suspension unloaded causing them to bind up when the suspension loads. And yet another could be the wrong spring isolators (hey who knows). Just throwing some ideas out there ...

First off im un happy with how my pro-kit sits as well, though the front isnt too awful...but my rear has more wheel well gap than my stockers did.

You say you got the bottom of the spring indexed correctly. Covering one hole completely, with the end of the spring between the holes. Make sure the top of the spring is seated in the upper pocket completely, sometime it like to get stock on the edge of the pocket. I imagine it would be hard to install the spring completely if this was the issue though.

As crazy asked, did you tighten up the bolts with the weight not on the vehicle? Sometimes this does make a difference though...I dont know about 5 inches though.

My Monte with Eibachs sat exactly the way you describe, until I drove it. Once I loaded the suspension up, it dropped way down. Now they've been in a year, and it's probably another 1/2" or so lower than when first installed.

If you're sure the springs are installed properly, I'd look into how you tightened the LCA bolts; the car can be in the air, but the suspension must be loaded.
