They both do similar things. The wonderbar braces the frame rails between the idler and pitman areas. The strut tower brace stops flex in the strut towers.

I would add a wonderbar first since there's no drilling involved. Plus it can prevent cracking of the frame around the steering box's mounting area.

I have the TDS version of the wonderbar and would recommend it. Install is a snap.

It's on the bottom sandwiched between the swaybar and the frame. Here's a picture of a stock version wonderbar installed. It's not my car.

Get some kind of adjustable wrench (I actually used vise grips once) so that way you can tighten them so they just pass over to get the diameter. Then, go to safeway, albertsons, something like that about buy a $1 ruler and compare it on the metric side. WS6 fronts should be 36 MM but it's good to check and easy.

Oh yeah, get the wonder bar, no drilling, 6 bolts, it's a piece of cake. I personally think TDS makes the best one hands down.

Just fork out around $3 and buy a little pocket caliper like a General Tools Model #132 or equivalent.

It's way easier when measuring swaybar diameter.
