I just purchased a 1989 IROC , it is a pretty clean car, mostly solid. But, the right front upper shock/strut mount and fender liner are rusting and there is noticeable weakness. I need to have it repaired. What is the best/easiest/most cost effective way of repairing? Is this a common proble. Are there replacement parts for this or will a fab shop have to make them? I am also going to have the car painted soon.
