wheel Rub?

Problem: Wheel Rub and Possible steering problem

I've been getting some wheel rubbing on my front wheels which is starting to prematurly degrade my front wheels.

I curently have eibach lowering springs, along with new tubular A-arms from spohn, stock spindles, stock wheels, stock breaks and rotors, I recently replaced the lower and upper tie rods, and switched out a new steering colum.

What do you all think? Can the new steering colum, alignment, and lowered springs be the cause of the wheel rub I get when trying to pull in and out of a parking spot?

Thanks

dan

Minor rubbing on full locked out turning is normal from what I know. I got rub on my car when I got it stock (245/50/r16). I always have meant to use a hammer and make a little more room on the spot it rubs. I just forget everytime I have the wheels off for something else.
