I'm looking at a set of GTA's and one of the rims have a slight bend in it on inside flange, like it hit a pothole really hard. Can this be fixed?

if it's only slight(as in the tire still holds fine, and hold air) don't worry about it. There are soooo many sets bent like this it would scare you to be beside many people on the road. (from tire tech experience) - Unless it's bent really bad or you're really gonna push the car to it's limits(not hardly on factory wheels) you'll never notice the difference.
