Spohn and Long Tubes...
I know there is a billion post about this problem but I havent found the solution. I have a t56, Spohn Torque arm, tranny crossmember and driveshaft loop and Hooker LT's. I have seen a couple pictures of some fabed up exhaust but I dont want to notch the frame and my car is lowered so I dont have much clearance to play with. I am leaning towards the BMR or the new edelbrock adjustable torque arm and the Sklute crossmember.
Question 1-Would the edelbrock fit in a third gen with a t56?? Is it worth the time to change? Is it that much stress when torque arms are mounted to the tranny?
Question 2-Has anybody used the BMR arm that mounts half way back (trak pak)? I heard it may be loud and it was more designed for the track and not the street.
Any info or pictures would help a brother out. Thanks

As far as the edelbrock one, look at the post in the product review board and I think you will steer clear of it. There are a few people on the board running the trak pak so hopefully one of them will chime in. I have a trak pak that I got from another member that I am trying to sell for $200 if you decide on that route. I never put it in my car though so I can't say much about it. Also, could you fab a crossmember that would accept the torque arm and give you more exhaust clearance?

Yeah I will definitely keep you in mind if I go that route. I would like to keep the torque arm and spohn crossmember but I will have to do some hacking and refabin to get it to work. Will the trak pak you have fit my 91? I was also looking at the BMR torque arm but that gous back to the tranny. I will keep lookin for now, Thanks Eric
