suspension upgrades?

Whos the best in your opinion and why of the aftermarket suspension parts? such as lowering springs, struts, bushings, LCA's, torqe arms..etc. On my car i want great handling out of this car but still be able to run 12's with the right motor. So i really dont want to give up straight ahead traction and performance, for cornering and handling, or vice versa. thanks for the input.

Ultimately suspension is always a compromise between handling and straight line traction. Even different curves require different suspension setups.
Anyway, here are some basic modifications that won't hurt in any case:
Subframe connectors, wonder bar, polyurethane bushings all around. If you choose to lower your 3genner, you'll need lca relocation brakets to regain lost straight line traction. I think that any aftermarket rear lca's are an upgrade over stock parts. If you want it cheap, you can also consider boxing stock pieces which is also a good option. Springs, shocks and struts depend so much on the driving characteristics as well as the look that you want for your car.
