Decided to go with the Redline Performance LCA's over the Spohns rod/poly combo. The Redline has a Delrin sleeve wrapped with 3/16"Energy Suspension bushing.Has the feel of a rod end without the noise.

so far this yr I haven't been to the strip and prolly won't.Been working on the suspension with new struts/shocks all the way around, new swaybar bushings, endlinks etc.Figured I'd upgrade the LCA's while I was at it.
