wheel making noise???

Engine: 350 tuned port. bolt ons
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
wheel making noise???
just alittle while ago when my car is driving my front driverside wheel is making a noise. it sounds like it the brake pad but when i step on the brakes at anytime the noises goes away. it a squeling noise but its in a pulsating patter. any ideas it like squel squel squel squel when im driving.
