Steering wheel shakes

I cant seem to pull anything on this through the search. So here is the problem. There was a small vibration while making a gradual turn, could berly even notice it. If you turn the wheel to sharp, there was a loud thump that happen upon each tire rotation it seems. Then all of a sudden, a long while after these problems the steering wheel starts to shake when going straight, about 30mph. It goes away slightly when making a turn, isnt so strong over 30. At about 5 to 15mph when rolling through a parking lot the wheel seems to inch to the right every second. So I replaced the rotten sway bar bushings and it seemed to of solved the thump on sharp turns. But still I have the steering wheel shake. When it starts shaking at 30mph the whole end viberates pretty bad unless I slow it down or make a turn left or right. So far just talking to others about it I've found two leads. The gears in the power steering box or for some reason the rotors. The last item to note would be when I floor it, there is a thump that sounds like it is coming from the front right shock. Prior to this I thought it was a trans mount or motor mount going bad but now I'm really not so sure. Any help, opinion or shared experience would help me a great deal. I'm trying to do all that I can before dropping it off in the hands of a mechanic. I've only gone as far as the bushings and replacing valve seals for my mechanic experience.

Thanks!!!

!! See what happens when you use the search tool wrong? I was using the google search, not the normal one further above it. Yea.. havnt been here in awhile. Ok so I found some leads on the site. I'm thinking rotors cause I did replace a bad rotor 2 years back and didnt have the money to do both at the same time so.. thats kinda pointing me to the brake check direction. Here are the links that I reviewed.
