I have the Spohn adjustable panhard bar with the spherical rod end on one side and the poly bushing on the other. I started noticing a slight squeak over certain bumps, and now a year later I lowered the car more with sportline springs and there is a very noticable squeak over every little bump. I have double checked the torque of both ends, and installed thread lock on the jamb nuts - which were tight. It appears to be coming from that heim joint.

Do these where out in a short amount of time? If I lubed it with some spray silicone grease- think it would help? I searched and could only find rattle problems with these.

try lubing the bushing. poly bushings tend to make some noise sometimes when there not lubricated.

I have lubed the poly bushing, made no difference. I am going to just try and use spray lube on the heim joint, and see what happens. Unless someone tells me not to.
