Will these rims fit without to much effort?

AXIS SEVEN/7/SE7EN MODEL RIMS IN GUNMETAL! 5 LUG, PATTERN- THEY WERE MOUNTED ON A LATE MODEL Z28, AND AN S10 EXTREME- 6-6.5" BACKSPACING other than spacers what will i need to do for these to fit if i actually decided to buy them will they just bolt up like they did with the 95 z28 and not rub or will i have to grind some things down or mod anything? ? my car has not been lowered and has all factory suspension and stuff. what other info do i need if any for me to know if they will fit?

TIRES ARE 245/35/19 FRONTS low profile

Spacers should cover it.

if they fit on a fourth gen there should be no problem getting them to fit on a thirdgen if you have the spacers for them.
