Offset question?
Offset question?
Hello All! First I would just like to say that, yes, I have searched and searched, and have not found the answer to my question in the many days that I have been researching.
My question is this....I am looking to buy new wheels and tires for my 1987 IROC. I am really leaning toward the Verde 5's. They only seem to make them in an 8" wide rim, so I quess I will be stuck with that, The available offsets are either + or - 15mm. I am assuming that would be well within limits for the rear, but what about the front. Will either of these work being stock is a 0mm offset? I would also like to go with 18's all the way around with 275/40/18 on the rear, and 255/45/18 on the front. Will everything I have mentioned here pan out okay with no rubing of any kind? I am still at stock hight. I would possibly like to lower her a bit in the future if possible, but would sacrifice the lowering to make these wheels fit! Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Jeremy
