Cost: Alignment and installation of struts/shocks

Hey guys, I was just wondering about how much should it cost for the installation of front struts and rear shocks? I have already gotten in the struts and shocks, but i am wondering what is a good price to get them put on. I have heard that an alignment alone is about $65.

Thanks for the replies

You might consider phoning shops in your area for estimates.

45-65 sounds about right for the alignment.

Shocks are easy you should consider doing them yourself, if you can change your oil you can do the shocks.

Struts are a little more involved and I can see why you wouldnt want to do those. Not sure on Labor time though.

i paid $423 cash a month ago for:

install 4 new MOOG springs
install 2 Tokico adj. Struts
install 2 Tokico adj. Shocks
alignment

so i would say maybe like $300 bucks or so

It pays 2 hours buy the books for the r&r of the struts.
