Why can't I do donuts?!?!?
I'm not sure if this is the correct section to put this thread in, but its pretty much what the title said. I have a '87 IROC, 5.7 tpi, minor bolt-ons, 700r4 with under 20,000 on it, 235/(not sure off hand rite now 60?/16's all around. Me and my friend were crusing around, it was alittle wet out so we hit up the top of the mall parking lot (it was 1amish so it was empty) and we started just messing around, and I couldn't spin it around, it felt like it wanted to but then everytime i would try doing it with me cutting the wheel to the left it just felt like right when it was about to cut and go into a full spin it went nose down on the passenger side and just didnt do it, then I tried the other side and it just wouldnt go. This is the first camaro I've owned so I'm not sure if this is common or anything but I also have a '69 charger with a 440, 4.30's & 295/50/15's and that thing will just go on and on all day long if I wanted to
. Oh and btw my friend has a '89 RS with a 305 tbi in it and he was sliding the back end of his car around with ease on the wet pavement, I just didn't understand what the hell was going on, I mean it was wet out too
Anyone with some ideas??
P.s.- I don't beat on my car alot at all, and don't really intend on doing this often, but it's nice to know if I want to its there.
