Everytime I come into my driveway at an angle, I get this wierd noise coming from the front passenger side suspension. Almost like a big "thud" sound...I'm wondering if I might have a tie rod busted or something...what in the world could be making a noise like that?

 

Check for loose strut where it mounts to the spindle.

 

A visual inspection is probably in order.
