steering and brake issues
braking problem. my wheels will lock up when im even slightly braking on a wet day sometimes. happened today and almost rearended a saturn. otherwise my brakes are fine.i dont slam on the brakes and i leave myself plenty of room. i replaced the pads, rotors, and calipers.
steering problem. when i turn the wheels all the way either way it feels like the wheels are goin one way and the body wants ot go another. its real rough. i figured its a sign of things to come so i want to get it fixed before it becomes a real problem i did replace the front struts about a month ago.

the tires in the front are Mastercraft A/S IV (dont know how old they are but they have plenty of tread left. and the tires in the rear are Radial A/S and it also said Cornell 1000. i got those replaced when i got the car back in august. the old rear ones were pretty much bald. all the tires are on stock 15" wheels.

Are all of your wheels locking up when you brake, or just some? If you aren't sure, find a lonely road and have one person stand on either side, and hit the brakes when you get near them. Repeat this a few times to make sure the same wheels are locking up each time.
Could be an issue with your brakes, but it could also just be that your tires aren't in great shape, and they aren't gripping the road well.

weel they lock up randomly only when its wet. i can never tell when they are goin to lock up. i think that it is the front ones mainly but im not really thinkin about that when they lock up. if it helps i can still steer somewhat.

As Tru2Chevy stated tires can make a big difference in braking performance. The difference in dry and wet handling braking can vary greatly. How well do the brakes react in dry conditions? When you replaced the calipers did you properly bleed the system.
Also is this the first vehicle youv'e driven that doesn't have antilock brakes?I don't mean to make a comment on your driving it's just I have to remind myself that my Z28 doesn't have antilock.
