there is not enough info to accurately help you. Motor vibrations or wheel vibrations? Only when accelerating? This would indicate the engine is causing it.

This sounds like a common problem. In fact, I used to have that problem. I would check your motor mounts. If those looks good, it could be your transmission mounts as well. I believe there is 3 mounts for the tranny and two for the engine. Hope this helps!

I'll be honest with you, I've never checked these things before. But I will try to help you by what my shop manual says. It's for an 82 Camaro , but it should apply for all 3rd generation powertrains and engines.
Checking tranny mount
Raise car. Push up and pull down on transmission tailshaft while observing tranny mount. If rubber separates from metal plate of mount of if tailshaft moves up but not down (mount bottomed out), replace mount. If there is relative movement between a metal plate of mount and its attaching point, tighten screws or nuts attaching mount to tranny or crossmember.
Checking engine mount
Raise the engine to remove weight from the mounts and to place a slight tension in the rubber. Observe both mounts while raising engine. If an engine mount shows:
A. hard rubber surface covered with heat check cracks;
B. rubber separated from a metal plate of the mount;
C. rubber split through center
replace the mount if any these condition exsist. If there is relative movement between a metal plate of the mount and its attaching points, lower the engine on the mounts and tighten the screws or nuts attaching the mount to the engine, frame, or bracket.
Please anyone reading this reply, help this guy out. I don't have much experience at this. I just know that I had this problem with my car.
