Spohn Torque arm Qs?

I am going to buy a Spohn cross member and tq arm when I do my T56 swap. My question is about whether or not to get a rod end on the front of the torque arm where it mounts to the cross member? I am probably going to get a polyurathane bushing to keep it quieter, but wanted to double check here first.

Just get the poly one. if all you do is srive your car on the street then the poly mount is fine for you.

Ok. I plan to auto-cross and possilby road race some, but not too much. This car is mainly a street car.
