ADJ. LCA's & PANHARD ?
I was looking at UMI and SPOHN Adjustable LCA's and Panhard Bar's, it seems that the UMI ones can't be adjusted on car but the SPOHN ones can. Question is : Is it worth the extra 100$ to have on car adjustability. I mean once it was set how often would you change it??? For the LCA's if you did want to preload(shorten) the UMI ones how would you get them on the car they would be shorter than the holes right??? Then the Panhard bar : Once you have the rear centered for your tires why would you need to adjust it again? On car anyway.
I am leaning toward the Spohn ones but the UMI GP has my cheapness radar up.

So nobody here has adjustable LCA's and can tell me if they need to adjust them often or set it and forget it?

Adjustable ones allow you to adjust the rear diff alignment. Chances are you'll never need to adjust it but if you have the car on an alignment rack and the diff is out of alignment, adjustable LCA will fix that. For the average street car in good condition, non adjustable LCA will do fine.

I've got the Spohn adjustable panhard bar and torque arm on my car. My own experience: I had the Lakewood adjustable panhard bar that you had to take one end off to adjust and could never get the rear centered under the car after lowering the car. I switched to the Spohn bar and problem solved. It's not about having to adjust these parts frequently, it's about being able to adjust them to correct axle alignment and pinion angle after lowering or raising the car. Once you get the car where you want it lock 'em down and that's it.
