Engine: 350 bored .30 over

Need some opinions on fitment.
I am going to be getting some TT11's and I just wanna make sure this will fit, rubbige, and if I will need spacers.
The back I am wanting to get a 17x9.5" wheel with 5.5 inch backspacing while running a 275/40-17 and for the front I am wanting to do a 17x8" wheel with 4" backspacing and laced in a 255/40-17.
Will this be a direct bolt on or will I need a spacer. I am going between the sidewalls being a 40 or 45. I know 45 will leave me at stock, but maybe a 40 will keep the front wheel from barely rubbing that inner plastic piece up front.
