I got under my iroc to investigate a bad clunking sound that started last night, and found I had a broken front sway bar bracket. Anybody else had this happen? Any guess why?

Lost a frt and a rear one before.

Age, time, corrosion, stress, eventually there are gonna go.

Some sooner than others ans depends on climate where u live.

Get new ones and bolt them on, the actually have a torque value as well so u dont destroy the bushings cranking them down needlessly tight.

this is/was an energy suspension part that went on the car about 2 years ago. Weird. Guess I'd better go get the welder out and get busy on it.
