Axle/Gears: 10 bolt-373
will this tire fit
315 45 16 will this fit on my stock rims and will this clear for clearence for my rear quaterpalnes

as I stated before, not even close. - 255/50 is the widest your wheels will fit, and is also the widest street compound available.
