wonder bar
i have access to an 82 recaro ws6 trans am, its in real bad shape, but i was wondering if it had a wonder bar, i dont think my 86 firebird has one. would there be anything else i could take off this car that would improve my handling?

As far as I know, only the 85-90 Camaro IROC-Z had the wonder bar.
If the '82 has bigger sway bars than what you have, then it'd be worth it to swap.
If the '82 has bigger sway bars than what you have, then it'd be worth it to swap.
