Upgrades for launching and cornering performance
I’m looking to upgrade my suspension for more… “plant-able” performance. Currently I have a healthy 383 which just shreds the 275’s out back. I have the original WS6 suspension with aftermarket LCA’s, panhard bad, and torque arm. Wheel hop doesn’t seem to be the issue, just wheel spin.
First off, will LCA relocation brackets offer any help if they are already horizontal?
Secondly and probably more importantly, I need recommendations for springs and shocks. Yes I have searched, but I am definitely fuzzy on which springs work well with which shocks. I don’t think I want to lower the car as it already seems pretty low.
My goal is to obtain better launch capabilities without giving up cornering performance.
Any and all feedback and discussion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jim

Re: Upgrades for launching and cornering performance
I was thinking Moog springs partnered with either Koni yellow or Bilstien.
Would use of LCA relocation brackets aid at all? Would a negative angle going front ot back on the horizontal add any additional downforce?
Again any feedback is appreciated.

LCA relocation brackets are definitely worth it. Get the weld in ones. I have BMR's on my car.
I dont have that much knowledge on springs and shocks, but I went with Jamex springs and Koni shocks 7 years ago when they were on sale.
