As in what kind of dimensions? A 4 point roll bar is only legal to 12.00 in the 1/4 mile. Then again you don't need a roll bar to 12.00 either.
A 6 point roll bar has to be made from 1-3/4" tube normally with a wall thickness of .134". In our unibody cars, the roll bar needs to be welded to 6"x6"x1/8" steel plates that are normally welded to the floor. The location of the plates can be just about anywhere. The main hoop is normally mounted as close to the rockers as possible. The rear bars can be anywhere from the shock mounts all the way to the far back.
If you don't buy a premade kit, getting the tubes bent is a custom procedure depending on exactly where you want to position the tubes. They must be bent with a tubing bender, not a pipe bender.

If you don't have a tubing bender or knowledge on how to bend the tubes to the proper angles, you shouldn't be asking that question.
Buy a kit. You'll save a lot of money in the long run.

For the Jeg's 4-pt kit...
The measurements on the main bar it is 56” across at the widest point, 41.5” from where it mounts to the frame to the top. It is 37.2” across the top. 15” from the widest point to the top. Rear braces are 58”, side bars are 55”.
Chassis Engineering street cage...
The rear bars are 72" long and bent at 35 degrees, the start of the bend is at 30 7/8". The door bars are 72" long, bent at 92, 47, and 47 degrees, the bends are at 66", 41 3/4" and 18" on the bar.
The main hoop dimensions are below:
Outside width : 53 "
Height : 40"
Between bends at top : 33 1/2"
Side bend to start of top bend : 19"
