are my measurements correct?

i measured the circumference around both my front, and rear sway bars and then divided by PI to get the diameter on each, after i did that, these are my measurements:

FRONT(circumference): 115(mm)
REAR(circumference): 80(mm)

FRONT(diameter): 36.61(mm)
REAR(diamter): 25.46(mm)

i just wanted to know if these measurements looked right for a STOCK 1989 FIREBIRD FORMULA 305 TPI. thanks!!!
