sfc's are first. our cars twist so much that the suspension never gets a chance to function properly because the chassis soaks everything up. SFC's let your suspension do its job.

for drag racing id then be looking into some drag shocks for the back end, along with an adjustable panhard rod and LCA's

Also since your cars an 82 im guessing it doesnt have a wonderbar up front, might want to get one of those to keep your steering box from getting ripped off the frame, will also tighten up the front end of your car.

Can also tighten up the front and back of your car with poly bushings. Personally i would only do that with steering, and certain rear suspension components. For a street car i stay away from poly bushings on things like motor/transmission mounts, and torque arm bushing. Keep it rubber on anything thats driveline related and could cause a vibration.
