spohn coil-overs
spohn coil-overs
I'm just wondering if anybody has had an experience with these? I am looking at using his pro-tour kit front and rear. I want the adjustibility of them but how are they as far as ride and drag performance are concerned? My car will mainly be street driven with the occasional trip down the quarter. It will be putting alot of powr to the ground (motor made 826hp at the crank) so I'm wondering if they'll help with straight line performance at all? Tell me what you know!!
Re: spohn coil-overs
call spohn and talk to steve about what you are looking for. tell him what you have and what you want it to do. you can get what ever spring rates you need. i talked to him about the same stuff and what i want my car to do he told me #350 springs up front and #200 springs in the rear. they are all specific rate and what most people use for road racing. and my car will be 600hp give or take a little. if you want more comfort a softer spring will be better. just talk to steve he is the guy to ask he will help no problem
Re: spohn coil-overs
How was the fitment and quality? I already have his lca's, torque arm, pan rod and relo brackets and they were all top notch as far as fitment goes (car not finnished so i havn't found out how well they work, but I've heard nothing but good things and if they work as well as they fit....) I will also being using his tubular a-arms. Did you notice a big improvement in handling, and how easy are they to adjust?
