Steering angle????
Re: Steering angle????
i know this is a dead topic, but i wonder if it has been covered.
from the information i've gathered, you are able to modify the steering stops in the box, but this takes a lot of work. i THINK there are also stops on the knuckles that you can eliminate (i think these are bolted on).. then you gotta space out the wheels with some ridiculous adapters because on the stock camaro, you are close to rubbing the frame at full lock.
if anyone has any better solutions or parts to buy, please post. If i can't change the angle somewhat easily on the third gen, i dont think I can swing one as my next project.

Re: Steering angle????
There's a bit of info here -
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/susp...angle+steering
And also on the Domestic Drifting Forum.
I'm going to try and contact the Bubba drift guys and see what they did to the Kitt T/A/Cooper Tires Camaro. I've had crazy ideas, but to my knowledge it's gonna take either a G-body perfomace box( YA stamping I think, somewhere around 40+ degrees of angle ) and cutting, or longer lower control arms... and hopes and dreams. I'm gonna drift my car angle or not. I like it alot and it keeps me from touching my 68 camaro too much.
