bilstein struts...how do they feel?

I have decided to fork over the cash for bilstein struts and shocks due to the consistant agreement taht they are the best.

but i want a steady smooth drive

what do they actually make your car feel like and handle in your car?

Re: bilstein struts...how do they feel?

Better than any cheap garbage u have ever experienced on yoru car, no offenses

They make it ride smoother and handle and track nice.

I can compare them to good low mileage factory stuff, high mileage factory and a few sets of KYB;s

If u have the $$$, just do it, u will be happy

I have the stock Bilstiens on my 2003 S-10 with the ZQ8 Pkg. I have been impressed with the comfort yet sporty valving they exhibit. I wouldnt think twice about putting them on my TA.

Re: bilstein struts...how do they feel?

Just put them on my 85 with a complete front end rebuild. Very firm and smooth ride. Much better than stock. Less lean in corners. Worth the money. Badman

Re: bilstein struts...how do they feel?

I have bilstien HD's on my Iroc, and truck - I like them. good shocks. But for real performance go Koni, I have koni's on my 2K SS and they are a higher level of performance than the Bilstiens.(I had Bilstiens on my SS before the koni's)

Konis are a little firmer, but Iroc's with springs don't ride that great anyhow- sometimes I wish I would have bought Koni yellows for my Iroc as well....
