I Don't Know!!!!

Hi there Auto Brothers,
I keep hearing a metal scraping sound when I drive but only when in go over any kind of dip or little hil in the road.
I look under the car found no scrapes.
It sounds like it's coming from the right front side then some times it sounds like the back some where I can't tell when it is.
What could it be.....
Please don't hesitate to use a lot of detail in your reply!!!!
I put on new front brakes recently so i know it's not that. so now what?
