What shocks to get?

for my 86 iroc. Ive read good and bad about KYB GR2s. On the car now are sense-a-tracs (front) and gabrials (back). I am putting in new Moog standard height springs all around. I dont want to spend more then 350ish on all 4 shocks/struts. I do not have the money for bilstiens, and konis are questionable.

How so? I've been running them for a while. My experience with them is nothing but good. They were mounted up at the same time I replaced the springs with Moog Iroc style springs. The rear sits up a bit higher than I'd prefer, but the ride quality is superb.

Re: What shocks to get?

I think by questionable he could mean price range.

I run GR2 struts and gas a just shocks in the back and they do a real nice job.

Re: What shocks to get?

I have GR2 struts and Gas-A-Just shocks with no complaints. Are you looking for turning performance or crusing performance?

Yes, by questionable, I did mean price. Well, I only really drive my car on the weekends, so, ride quality isnt the deciding factor. I just want something that will handle with potholes every now and then, because right now, i cant go down my road without bottoming out. My front airdam is 1 1/2 off the ground!
