energy suspension
Is it worth it to get the entire Hyperflex kit or something similar for our cars?
theres a guy locally whose just selling the front control arm bushings.rear control arm bushings, and sway bar end links for $20
is that a better bang for the buck then the entire kit?

they make great pieces for racing. for daily driving they can cause binding, alot more road vibration and noise.. a few choice pieces in the right areas it's well worth it but a full kit for a street car isn't necessary.

Re: energy suspension
I was RIPPING through hydraulic V6 mounts ($215 a pop from the dealership only) so I switched over the the secondary crossmember setup from an early V8 car... The rubber isolators were destroyed and I couldn't find OE ones anywhere (even the dealership down here said they didn't carry them). All I could do was order poly units from Jeg's
But now I've got all kinds of flex from this stock rubber block style trans mount. The car is already louder from the switch to non-hydraulic so I'd like to stiffen the stick up with a poly trans. mount, but I won't do it until I can find softer secondary bushings to offset some of the stick vibration a little (it will even make my hand numb if i'm winding it out a little bit for any length of time)
