How to tell if I twisted my frame without going to a frame shop?

Ive been having a headache aligning my rear hatch glass, and someone at my work said that it could be due to a slightly twisted frame. Motor makes ~400hp and ~470tq, but the tires never hook off the line. I have pulled it hard in 2nd and 3rd once rolling, so it is a possibility (no SFCs yet ) Thing is the car is un-driveable and will be for a while, and Im getting tired of towing it everywhere. Are there some key points on the chassis I can drop a plumb bob and measure the squareness? I know it would be easier to take to a body shop and have them put it on the frame rack, but its about $75 each way to tow, which I dont wanna pay just to look at something.

I would imagine that the car would have to be pretty twisted to cause your problem. You can get a general idea by parking the car on a flat, level surface. Then measure from the ground up to points in the frame/body. Pick locations such as the "frame" rails just in front of the rear end where the lower control arms bolts go through the body, after the rear near the back bumper, behind the front suspension at the sub frame and in front of the front suspension near the sway bar. Measure each side at each point and compare. Pay attention to the diagonal measurements too. Those will give you a clue. Now the floor won't be level and the frame rails may be bent from jacking, but you should be able to get an idea if it is bent a bunch.
