Performance Springs

Looking for a performance set of springs, to allow weight transfer but sit at stock height, I will be using a drop spindle, don't need both. Does anyone have any recommendation. I have a BBC for motor
Thanks

Re: Performance Springs

how far can i drop before I have to get an adjustable panhard rod? I'm looking at 1.5" to 2.0" dropall around, but I saw a set thats 1.6 Fr/1.3 Rr. Could I still use mt stock panhard with this. Cause if I gotta get an APR then I might as well go 2.0" to 2.5".

I don't quite understand all the specs goin on at colemanracing.com. Maybe it's just above my skill levl though.

Re: Performance Springs

if you drop the car an inch your gona need an adjustable panhard rod... idk who told u that u wouldnt, u change the whole geometry with drop springs even if there 1". sportlines are a good drop thats wat i got, def a low ride, but u can drop it 1.6" all around if u take out the rubber spacer in the rear and just wrap heater hose around. 2" drop springs like intrax etc have softer spring rates which isnt good.

1" drop requires centering of rear=adjustable panhard rod, u might be able to get away with it but it isnt corrected. u might also get away with the LCA angle at 1" drop altho LCA relocation brackets would help alot, anything more than 1" drop requires both items aboove. 2" drop on our cars is alot unless u get higher rate springs and cut them yourself.

uwilluz1... geez how many cars u got lol

Re: Performance Springs

KScamaro, you should have started a new thread, this thread was about performance springs, but keeping the vehicle at a stock height. Since you highjacked this thread it is going in a compeletly different direction. All you had to do is search their is lots of threads with lower springs, try to find one on performance springs that are not lowering vehicle
