Full Size Spare??

Full Size Spare??
Does anyone know if a full size 15" wheel and tire will fit where the compact spare tire sits? It would be nice if it would fit!

Ahh that sucks I guess I will stay with the compact spare. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Iroc aluminum spare and the standard steel wheel spare?
