Torque Values for A-Arm Bushings

Can anyone post the correct Torque Values for the bolts on the front A-arms? I've got poly bushings now.
Rear Control arms would be interesting too

I've searched but when you search for "torque" and "arm" you will find thousands of posts about torque arms and aftermarket control arms.

thanks!
