sportline or pro kit
I am getting ready to change springs and shocks I have a sportline set but I was thinking of getting the prokit instead. I am also thinking that I will use the kyb agx shocks and struts. Any help or sugestions would be great thanks.

I have the sportline kit with koni yellows and I wish I would have started with the prokit instead. I don't really care for the slight rake (would rather have it more level) it gave the car and the overall spring rate is a little too soft for me.

SportLines are lower but softer than the Pro-Kit. Being lower and softer isn't a good thing. Most people seem to dislike the softness of the rear springs.
KYBs are a pretty good shock at first, but from what I hear, they tend to wear out pretty quickly.

I have both sets. The Prokit is on my car right now and I was thinking of switching to the Sportlines. I like the low factor but I'm hearing nothing but complaints from people who've used the sportlines. If I was to keep my Prokit but cut maybe a coil or so off the front and have the 'rake" would that be ok with the Koni yellows? I wouldn't screw too much up with the spring would I? What about doing the same to the rears?

Have a look at the CM motorsports springs. Kubus has them on his 91 RS.

If you are talking about the pretty blue RS with the LS1/T56, I don't know if I'd run them if I was going after performance. They are, from what I can tell, V6 springs and probably not very stiff.
