Can someone re-write the alignment spec table?

I can't make heads or tails of this chart. I copied and pasted it into Notepad and MS Word and neither made it readable.

You have 275's, on the FRONT of a camaro, with a 3.1L ?? WHY?
Yea, it might find the problems that are causing the wander. Typically worn steering parts. When they go to adjust it, they'll tell you some parts are worn and need to be replaced.
