SFC interference with transmission removal
I'm new to posting here, but I have a question as to whether or not Kenny Brown weld-in SFC's will make it so I can't take my transmission out, without breaking the welds and rewelding. Any info and pics would be greatly appreciated

Re: SFC interference with transmission removal
I've never used the Kenny Browns; but I don't believe that ANY repputable mfr's shrink-wrapped SFCs would do that. Homemade ones, by someone that wasn't smart enough to think ahead, maybe; but not ones built by somebody that had any kind of clue what they were doing.
Besides that, SFCs run along the OUTSIDE of the chassis, and the trans is IN THE MIDDLE.
Don't worry about it.

I think the Kenny Browns are similar in design to the Alston SFC's for sale from top down solutions, and they do run in the center, but at least the Alston's leave ample room to remove the transmission.
