suspension q's

im a newbey to this howl Suspension/chassis thing

1. What would be the best setup to have for a nice smooth ride?

2. does good suspention give better gas milage?

3. is it easy to swap suspentions?

4. how cheep can yo go for a good setup?

Stock with new rubber bushings, along with struts, shocks, and springs

Depends on what's being replaced.
