unsure about rim plz help
hey all, i am currently looking at theses rims from centerline for my gta 18x8 in the front and 18x9.5 for the rear i know the bolt pattern is 5-4.75 i believe? im just curious about the backspacing that i would need especially for the rear. on the website they offer backspacing between 4.0 to 7.0 what would be appropriate for the rear and also for the front which would be 18x8. Also the appropriate offset. any help is appreciated thanks! also here is the link for the web page:

offset and backspacing are 2 ways of measuring the same thing.
for the fronts 18x8 with 4.5 is damn near perfect, with a brake upgrade 4.75 would be good to because of the extra width of the new rotors.
as for the rears, 18x9.5 should have 6" IMHO to match the fronts and site nicely in the wells. May have to hammer a bit but nothing major.
I say this because my rear wheels were 18x8 centerline daggers, with 4.5 on the rear and they sit out right where i would want them, so adding the extra 1.5" to the inside would make it 6" total BS
bolt patterns in 5x4.75

thx for the reply, im not the best when it comes to the offset stuff so i really appreciate it. eventually i am going to do bigger brakes so i would prob go with the 4.75 in the front and for the rear 6inches, i guess would be good. what you mean by the total bs part little confused
