What The Right Way To Install SFC'S ??

Should the car be lifted on a 4 point lift or an alignment rack lift? Does the suspension need to be loaded with the cars weight?

its possible, that with the car jacked up and the suspension hanging, that the car could flex a little. When you weld the connectors in the flex will be permanent. It may not be a huge difference, or even noticeable, but i could cause alignment issues i suppose.
