manual rack help

just wanting to know what set ups work
wich rack and arm or is it better to just use the manual gear box

you might not want a rack or a manual box.

A manual steering box is a direct bolt in. A rack and pinion needs a bunch of fabrications.

As mentioned above, what do you plan on doing with the car?
