Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: 5-speed
Two Steering Rack Questions
Question 1: What is our steering ratio? Mine specific is an 88 Trans Am
Question 2: Is there any after market steering racks out there with a tighter ratio.
The reason I am asking these questions is because I am an auto-x'er and I like the real tight ratio steering in any car really. I am going to eventually do a steering rack swap on my Bimmer from the stock 325is to an Z3 rack that is one and half times tighter. So if anyone has any information for me that would be great.
