This might be a dumb question but....

What is the purpose of making your wheels so offset that they look like there getting to roll off the car, is there any special purpose or what?

Like does it improve traction, handling, what?

Re: This might be a dumb question but....

usually its due to people who cant measure for their new wheels, or they are trying to stuff a wide tire onto the car without modifying the wheel well.
