Has anyone had problems with installing a Spohn wonder bar or any other type? I tried to install mine and the dual fans get in the way and seems no way around it. I even ground down the lower fan mounts for clearance but still not enough clearance. Is there any other way or am I just out of luck? The rest of my suspension is done up nice and now I have a brand new wonder bar with no fittment. Any help?

 

There wonder bar is moved slightly forward and causes it to hit the fan shroud on vehicles with dual fans. Ours did the same thing until we revised it. You have to trim the shroud in order for it to work.

You may also consider ours, it will clear. The picture shows the older version, our newer version looks a little nicer.

I'm using the Global West version. There is no fitment problems with my dual fans.

I have the spohn one. I had to file down the lower fan mounts to clear.

 

mine fit fine around the fans.
i did have to hone the holes out a lil bit, and start all 4 bolts loose and pull each side up a lil at a time. not sure if this is the case with all, or just mine.
car had been in a previous collision before it found me.

 

Mine fit well, maybe something has (settled). I didn't have problem one
