sway bar bushings?

sway bar bushings?
people keep telling me that the jingle under my car when i hit a bump or somthing is that my sway bar bushings are done for, what sway bar bushings should i order to replace my worn out ones? and i also heard its better if there polyeurothane or however you spell it

James is right but just didn't say it, that metallic clanging jingle is your swaybar endlinks, not your swaybar bushings. The bushings last much longer than the endlinks do. Booth moog and trw make poly bushings(as well as rubber if you wish), and the prices are reasonable.
