lowering spring help!!!

i just installed the summit lowering springs in my car, and the driver's side is dramatically higher than the passneger's, and they are both higher than i can remember the stock height.

some one had mentioned to me in the past about "indexing" the springs correctly. can some one explain that to me??

i have found this diagram of the front susp, maybe y'all can use that to help me.

i'd appreciate it!

Re: lowering spring help!!!

indexing the spring is easy. if you look at the a arms in the diagram you have posted...there is a big hole in the center of it with a few smaller holes around that. if you look close there are 2 holes that are very close to eachother....you want to have the end of the coil in the a arm in between those 2 holes. also make sure the rubber insulator that goes on the top of the spring is in correctly. sometimes they move when installing springs and can mess things up.
